Without the proper maintenance the instrument will not operate how it was intended to, and will eventually malfunction. Even if it does not malfunction the microscope will not be operating at optimal levels and will cause a loss of time and money for the operator.
Microscope Preventive Service consists as follows:
Cleaning: All optical elements / mechanical components will be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned using manufacturer’s recommended procedures.
Lubrication: Moving parts requiring lubrication will be degreased with proper solvents and re-lubricated with non- drying lubricants.
Optical System: Optical elements will be inspected to insure that all optical alignments (focus adjustment, collimation, resolution & magnification) meet manufacturer’s specifications & tolerances.
System Evaluation: An image evaluation will be conducted to insured optimal performance of the instrument and to insure the instrument is optically balanced to full specifications.
Warranty: 6 Months labor and workmanship.
Service can be completed at your site or the microscopes can be shipped to us.
